Marathon for Mental Health is here to change that, by giving you a simple, flexible challenge to reconnect with your mental and physical well-being.
Walk, run, or hike the distance of a marathon (42.2 km) anytime between October 10th and 31st, 2025—break it up however you want.
Do it in ten 4km walks, or one epic day. It’s your call.
You’ll be part of a global crew community that cares about feeling good, staying healthy, and supporting each other—on and off the boat.
All while helping raise awareness (and funds!) for ISWAN’s Yacht Crew Helpline—a lifeline for those working at sea.
